Evan Rachel Wood was born September 7, 1987 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her father, Ira David Wood III is a stage actor and writer, while her mother, Sara Wood is an actress and acting coach. She is the daughter of Dana Wood, a musician and Ira David Wood III, an actor. Evan as well as her brothers appeared in the Theatre In The Park, Raleigh in the same place where her father is the executive director.
